You will need JavaScript enabled to view your required order and a delivery address to receive a delivery quote and invoice.
For the UK we offer 2 delivery options for all Mainland UK orders; standard delivery and next working day delivery.

Mainland UK Customers:

Royal Mail Standard Delivery: £2.50 (up to 5 working days)
Next Day Delivery: £4.00 (next working day) * If ordered before 2pm.

European 2-7 Days £10.00

Worldwide 2-15 Days £15.00 

We want you to receive your exciting new purchase as quickly as possible so all orders received before  2pm will be shipped out the same day, any orders received after this time will be shipped the following day (except orders received on Sunday or Bank Holidays in which case shipping will be the following working day).

Please ensure there is someone available to take your delivery otherwise you may have to collect it from the local depot.

Once an order has been placed we will be unable to change the delivery address.

For some UK postcodes, Northern Ireland, offshore UK and highlands please note there may be a slightly longer delivery time and we can not guarantee next day delivery.

Terms of Delivery of Goods

Although we will make every effort to dispatch orders in time, there may be unexpected factors which cause the occasional delay, and Little Bobbins Boutique retains the right to delay dispatch in such cases. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock. Longer delivery times should be expected during understandably busy periods such as Christmas.


We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase; however if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us in its original condition for a refund or an exchange for the same item in another size. The cost of returns is your responsibility.

Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged provided they returned and received within 14 days of delivery. We recommend that you return your package via a secure and reliable postal service. Always obtain proof of postage. Please send all returns to the address stated on your invoice.

Please remember that the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Little Bobbins Boutique will not issue refunds for goods that do not arrive or arrive damaged. Therefore, please ensure you package your return properly to prevent any damage to the items during transit and obtain proof of postage. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used.


Little Bobbins Boutique will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability, if a different garment is desired you must place this as a new order. Returns received after the 14 day time frame are accepted at the discretion of Little Bobbins Boutique.

Before sending back the item. Should the required piece be unavailable and provided the item is in its original unworn condition and returned with the original packaging within 7 days of notifying us, a refund will be issued.

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid, less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs. Little Bobbins Boutique will try to process all refunds quickly, but please allow up to 30 working days. The time taken for the refund to be credited to your account will depend on your bank or credit card issuer.

Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Proof of Postage

We recommend that items be returned to us via a recorded delivery service to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. We recommend that you obtain PROOF OF POSTAGE from the Post Office when you return the item, or use a recorded or signed for service to ensure its safe arrival with us. Should your returned item not arrive back with us, you will need Proof of Postage in order for you to make a claim for the missing item with Royal Mail. Although we will try our best to help you locate your missing return, Little Bobbins Boutique reserves the right not to issue a refund if the returned item does not reach us.

Reasonable Care

Customers are legally obliged to take reasonable care of the items they order whilst they are in their possession. If you have purchased items from Little Bobbins Boutique and fail to take reasonable care of unwanted items before returning them to us, we will not accept your return and you will not be eligible for a refund.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the event of a dispute.
